These protein-packed pancakes from #NOWAmbassador Carmen Del Mastro are a great post-workout meal.

Ingredients
½ cup oat flour
3 eggs
½ cup milk of choice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder, Organic
Directions
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Whey Protein Isolate, Creatine, oat flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Whisk until a smooth batter forms.
  • Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
  • Scoop the batter onto the hot surface, forming pancakes of your desired size. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
