It doesn’t get much easier or healthier than this delicious vegan breakfast recipe that combines a variety of breakfast staples including maple syrup, rolled oats, banana, cinnamon and more. Store in a mason jar and refrigerate for some vegan sunrise satisfaction the next morning!
Ingredients
⅔ cup
Soy Milk Powder, Organic
½ cup
Rolled Oats, Organic
¼ cup
Walnuts, Raw & Unsalted
1 banana
pureed
2 tablespoons
Black Chia Seeds, Organic
1 tablespoon
Maple Syrup, Organic Grade A Amber Color
½ teaspoon
vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon
cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon
nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon
salt
Directions
- Using a spatula, combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Place in mason jar, cover, and store in refrigerator overnight.
- Open and enjoy!
