Vegan Banana Bread Overnight Oats

It doesn’t get much easier or healthier than this delicious vegan breakfast recipe that combines a variety of breakfast staples including maple syrup, rolled oats, banana, cinnamon and more. Store in a mason jar and refrigerate for some vegan sunrise satisfaction the next morning!

Ingredients
1 banana pureed
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Using a spatula, combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Place in mason jar, cover, and store in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Open and enjoy!
