Shipping, Payment & Return Policies

At NOW, we strive to provide excellent service and the highest quality product every time you place your order - We’re happy when you’re happy!

These policies apply to orders placed on nowfoods.com.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping:

  • Orders at least $50.00 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for free shipping!
  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $6.95 for Standard Shipping.

Standard Shipping:

  • $6.95 Standard shipping rate will apply for orders less than $50.00. Most orders will take 2-8 business days to arrive from the date ordered.  
  • Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central Time will be considered placed the next business day. 
  • At NOW, we use the carrier with the best rate within our system. From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that will not be shipped. A full refund will be provided for the out-of-stock items.
  • NOW Health Group, Inc. does not ship to PO, APO, FPO, and DPO Boxes nor Private Mail Boxes (PMB) at this time. 
  • NOW Health Group, Inc. does not ship Internationally or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time. Our trusted partner iHerb does ship internationally.

PAYMENT POLICY 

NOW accepts payments by any of the following methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal.

We DO NOT accept payment by cash. 
We DO NOT accept orders over $500.00.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from www.nowfoods.com and not from our retailer site retailers.nowfoods.com, nor other websites or retail stores.  Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.

New, unopened items that were purchased through www.nowfoods.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. 

Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.
