Overnight Fab Four™ Oats
Always on the go? You can easily prepare this breakfast recipe the night before a busy day or stock up on multiple servings in individual Mason jars on meal prep day! Play around with flavors of plant-based protein powders and other ingredients like fruits and nut butters to keep from getting bored with your everyday oats. Ingredients
2 scoops (23 g)
Pea Protein, Vanilla Toffee Powder
1½ cups
nut milk
¼ cup
Rolled Oats, Organic
2 tablespoons
Black Chia Seeds, Organic
2 tablespoons
Flax Seed Meal, Organic
2 tablespoons
Hemp Seed Hearts, Organic
Directions
- Add oats, chia, flax meal and hemp hearts to a Mason jar.
- Blend nut milk and protein together and pour over seed mixture.
- Screw the lid on the Mason jar and shake vigorously to incorporate.
- Place jar in the fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning.
