So those apples at the farmer’s market or big box store were calling your name and now you aren’t sure what to do with all of them? Simply whip up a delicious apple crisp that’s sweetened with monk fruit instead of sugar. It’s the perfect go-to dessert for family or potluck gatherings with sugar-conscious eaters in the midst.
Ingredients
For the filling:

green apples, peeled, cored, and sliced into ½-inch-thick slices
1⅓ cup (split)
Monk Fruit with Erythritol, Organic Powder
2 tablespoons
cornstarch
1 teaspoon
fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon
cinnamon
½ teaspoon
ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon
salt
For topping:
¾ cup
vegan butter, cut into cubes
1½ cups
Rolled Oats, Organic
1 cup
flour
½ teaspoon
salt
1 tablespoon
cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the filling, into an 8 x 8-inch pan, add all ingredients including ⅓ cup NOW Monk Fruit Sweetener and toss to combine.
- For the topping, into another bowl, add all ingredients including 1 cup NOW Monk Fruit Sweetener. Combine using a fork, until crumbly. Add topping to pan.
- Bake 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
