You’ll never skip breakfast again after enjoying this decadent Pear and Maple Breakfast Crumble. This super-simple vegan breakfast is fantastically flavorful and ready in about 20 minutes, and kids love it!
Ingredients
1 cup cooked
Quinoa Whole Grain, Organic
1 teaspoon
cinnamon
1 teaspoon
vanilla
1 teaspoon
nutmeg

pears, sliced
2 tablespoons
Maple Syrup, Organic Grade A Amber Color
1 teaspoon
Virgin Coconut Cooking Oil, Organic
Directions
- In a cast iron skillet on medium heat, place sliced pears with ½ cup of water.
- Allow for all of the water to evaporate then add cooked quinoa, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, maple syrup and organic virgin coconut oil.
- Allow for mixture to cook for 5 minutes and serve warm enjoy!
