You’ll never skip breakfast again after enjoying this decadent Pear and Maple Breakfast Crumble. This super-simple vegan breakfast is fantastically flavorful and ready in about 20 minutes, and kids love it!

Ingredients
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 pears, sliced
Directions
  1. In a cast iron skillet on medium heat, place sliced pears with ½ cup of water.
  2. Allow for all of the water to evaporate then add cooked quinoa, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, maple syrup and organic virgin coconut oil.
  3. Allow for mixture to cook for 5 minutes and serve warm enjoy!
