Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic
2 pounds
chicken breast, cooked and diced
salt and pepper to taste
3 cloves
garlic, minced
2-3
red bell peppers, diced
1 whole
onion, diced
2 tablespoons
red curry paste
1 tablespoon
grated ginger
1 can
full-fat coconut milk
1 12-16 ounce box
Quinoa Spaghetti Pasta, Organic
or
rice noodles of your choice, cooked
1 tablespoon
fish sauce
6-8 cups
bone broth
½ scoop
Bone Broth, Chicken Powder

Directions
- Heat oil in a Dutch oven.
- Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion. Cook until tender.
- Stir in red curry paste and ginger until fragrant.
- Add broth, protein powder and coconut milk.
- Stir in chicken.
- Add fish sauce.
- Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Serve over noodles (cook and store the noodles separately because gluten-free noodles tend to absorb a ton of broth).
- Top with green onions, cilantro, basil, and lime juice.
