Joe Nardella
My name is Joe Nardella
I’m a professional lacrosse player from Cazenovia, NY. I grew up surrounded by sports. I grew up playing hockey and lacrosse before following my lacrosse career at Rutgers University. While at Rutgers I was a member of the student-athlete advisory committee, the dean’s list, named an Academic All-American. On the field, I was a 2x All-Big East Selection, First Team All-Big Ten, Big Ten Specialist of the Year, a Third Team All American, and a two-time team captain. I studied both economics and entrepreneurship which compelled me to start my own business, Faceoff Factory, following graduation. We are currently in year five with Faceoff Factory and coach a few thousand students across the country over the course of the year. Additionally, I spent four seasons coaching college lacrosse at Harvard University.
On the professional side of the sport, I have played in the NLL, MLL & currently play in the PLL for Whipsnakes LC. I was drafted into the MLL in 2015 where I was a 2x All-Star. In 2018, I started playing in the NLL for the New England Blackwolves. I was named to the All-Rookie Team that season. In 2019, I moved to the PLL and joined Whipsnakes LC. In my first two years in the league, we won back-to-back PLL Championships.
I can not wait to continue my partnership with NOW®. At this stage in my career, nutrition and self-care are at the top of my priority list. NOW is going to help make my preparation as easy and streamlined as possible to keep me playing my best when it really matters.
