This Asian-inspired salmon dish is high in fiber, protein, and flavor! Tonight’s grain comes from our Gluten Free Living NOW Organic Quinoa and we’re bringing some serious extra flavor with Manuka Honey. cilantro, scallions and sesame seeds add the finishing touch.
Ingredients
8 ounces
fillet wild salmon, cut into 4 2 oz. fillets
1 cup, cooked
Quinoa Whole Grain, Organic
1 tablespoon
Manuka Honey
¼ cup
scallions
1 teaspoon
Extra Virgin Sesame Seed Oil, Organic
1 teaspoon
coconut aminos
3 tablespoons
cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon
fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon
lime juice
½ teaspoon
lime zest
Directions
- Preheat grill to 350° F.
- In a bowl, combine Organic quinoa, sesame Seeds, cilantro, manuka honey, scallions, sesame seed oil, coconut amino, ginger, lime juice, lime zest.
- Place ¼ cup on salmon fillet, skin side down.
- Place on grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
