Grilled Quinoa & Lime Salmon Cakes

By using our Organic Whole Grain Quinoa, you’ll have these gluten-free salmon cakes prepped in less than 10 minutes and ready to serve just minutes afterwards. They’re high in fiber, protein, and most importantly, taste! Pair them with homemade cilantro sesame aioli for a super flavorful sauce, and this just might become one of your new favorite dishes.

Ingredients
8 ounce fillet wild salmon, chopped
1 egg
1 cup gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon lime juice
½ teaspoon lime zest
¼ cup scallions
3 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat grill to 350° F.
  2. Combine cooked quinoa with all ingredients.
  3. Divide mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Place salmon-quinoa cakes on grill for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Flip and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
