Ingredients
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 egg
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon mustard
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. In a blender combine cilantro, egg, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and salt. 
  2. Blend until mixture is uniform.
  3. Slowly drizzle sesame seed oil until mixture has thickened.
  4. Serve as a dip or spread with your favorite dish.
