You’re not going to believe how much better this sugar-free, homemade ketchup is compared to store-bought ketchup. Tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and onion powder form the base, which is kept just so with xanthan gum, a natural thickening agent. We make it sugar free by replacing your usual sugar with our Monk Fruit with Erythritol replacement.

Ingredients
12 ounces tomato paste
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups boiling water
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon xanthan gum
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender on low speed and combine until mixture is uniform.
  2. Place ketchup mixture in a sauté pan on medium heat.
  3. Whisking continuously, allow for mixture to reach a boil, then reduce heat to low for 15 minutes.
  4. Set aside to cool and serve with your favorite finger foods.
