Sleepy Time Chocolate Truffles

#NOWAmbassador Joe Nardella created a delicious addition for your nighttime routine. Try these Sleepy Time Chocolate Truffles with a boost of nutrients, including magnesium and collagen.

Ingredients
For Filling:
¾ cup coconut milk
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped chocolate

For Coating:
1 cup chocolate chips/chopped chocolate
Directions
  1. Bring coconut milk and salt to a simmer.
  2. Remove from heat, add chocolate, collagen and magnesium, stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking pan, freeze for 30 minutes or until firm enough to scoop.
  4. While setting, prep the coating by melting the chocolate gems and coconut oil, stir until smooth.
  5. Once set, scoop the filling into a ball/truffle and coat with chocolate.
  6. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with creamy nut butter and sprinkle of sea salt.
