very ripe bananas (about 3), mashed (1 1/2 cups)

large eggs at room temperature
2 teaspoon
vanilla extract

unsalted butter, melted

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a loaf pan with parchment paper overlapping sides. In a large mixing bowl whisk together flour, Allulose sweetener, cane sugar, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry until just incorporated. Do not over mix.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour into prepared pan and smooth evenly. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before lifting by parchment paper and removing from loaf pan. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes before slicing.
