Directions
- In a large bowl, toss together green cabbage, red cabbage, green onion, cilantro, carrot, and pine nuts.
- In a separate bowl, combine lime zest, lime juice, Monk Fruit with Erythritol, salt, pepper and yogurt until mixture is formed.
- Pour yogurt mixture over slaw and toss until evenly coated.
