cream cheese, organic
2 tablespoons
heavy cream, organic
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line 8x8 baking pan with parchment.
- In bowl combine organic monk fruit sweetener, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a stand mixer, combine butter, eggs.
- Add dry ingredients and combine.
- Place half of brownie batter in prepared baking pan.
- In a stand mixer, whip cream cheese, monk fruit sweetener, heavy cream, and vanilla monk fruit for 5 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- Place all of the cream cheese filling over the brownie batter in the prepared baking pan.
- Pour the rest of the brownie batter over the cream cheese filling.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the brownies have set.
- Allow for brownies to cool then serve.
