DIY Potty Spritz
Looking for a natural alternative to keep the bathroom smelling fresh? Make this DIY recipe for a natural, odor-reducing spray, made with fragrant essential oils that disperse over water to create a natural barrier that traps offensive odors and keeps your bathroom smelling fresh.
Ingredients
2 ounce
empty 2 oz. glass bottle sprayer
½ cup
water
1 teaspoon
rubbing alcohol
1 teaspoon
Vegetable Glycerin
8 drops
Bergamot Oil
8 drops
Grapefruit Oil
8 drops
Lemongrass Oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a glass container.
- Using a funnel, pour into amber glass bottles. Should be able to fill two bottles.
- Seal tightly and label.
To Use: Shake bottle well. Spritz 4 to 5 sprays onto toilet water surface before using. After use, flush!
Caution: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using if pregnant/nursing.
