Our friends at Meal Prep on Fleek put together this tasty Candied Pecans recipe without using any sugar! The featured ingredient is our Organic Monk Fruit with Erythritol 1 to 1 Sugar Replacement. The result is a super sweet and all natural snack that can’t be beat! Serve with yogurt or just keep some on hand for a delectable snack any time of day. 

Ingredients
1½ cups raw pecan halves
2 tablespoons egg whites
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Serve with
½ cup Greek yogurt if desired
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together eggs, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add pecans and stir to coat.
  2. Spread pecans evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 12-13 minutes. Cool on pan for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide pecans between 4 snack containers. Add Greek yogurt to the remaining halves of snack containers.
