This simple and hearty recipe combines rolled oats, wheat bran, and wheat germ with fruits, nuts and our Monk Fruit 1 to 1 to create an irresistible snack combo that’s ideal for just about anyone.
Ingredients
3 cups
Rolled Oats, Organic
1 cup
Oat Bran, Organic
½ cup
wheat bran
¼ cup
wheat germ
¼ cup
Pine Nuts, Raw Organic
¼ cup
Papaya Spears
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and store in air tight container for maximum of 2 months.
- Place 1 cup of mixture in bowl.
- Add 1 cup of warm rice milk or water.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes and serve.
