Ingredients
1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk
2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder, Organic
3 tablespoons Date Sugar, Organic
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon Agar Powder
3 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
⅛ teaspoon sea salt
For Serving:
Shaved dark chocolate
Fresh berries
Directions
  1. Whisk together coconut milk, cocoa powder, date sugar, agar powder, salt, and vanilla extract in a medium saucepan. Heat over low heat until mixture begins to simmer, about 3 minutes.  

  2. Add chopped dark chocolate and continue to cook until chocolate is melted and smooth, about 2 minutes. 

  3. Pour mixture into 4 (4 oz.) glass jars and cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. Transfer to refrigerator and chill until set, about 2 hours. 

  4. Serve panna cotta chilled topped with shaved dark chocolate and fresh berries.
