Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 banana, frozen and pre-sliced
1½ tablespoons cashew butter
Directions
  1. Pour almond milk into a blender then add banana, protein powder, collagen peptides, cashew butter and MCT oil.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass and enjoy.
