We like to call it Toasted Manuka Honey Cinnamon Granola Parfait, a healthy food option that’s ideal as a dessert or a sweet breakfast treat. You’ll love our homemade granola made with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and more!

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar, Organic
1 tablespoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon Manuka Honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup blueberries
1 cup organic Greek yogurt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325° F and line half sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl combine cooked Millet, rolled oats, pecans, coconut sugar, Manuka honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt, and vanilla.
  3. Spread granola mixture in an even layer on prepared sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, cool for 15 minutes.
  5. Layer Parfait with Coconut yogurt, blueberries, and granola parfait.
