Instead of water we’re warming our Amaranth with tasty cashew milk, then adding Greek yogurt, almonds, agave nectar, and a variety of healthy berries. Amaranth Whole Grain, Organic

cashew milk
¼ cup
Greek yogurt
¼ cup chopped
Almonds, Organic, Raw & Unsalted
1 tablespoon
Agave Nectar, Light & Organic
¼ cup
blackberries
¼ cup
blueberries
¼ cup
raspberries
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
Directions
- Cook Organic Amaranth using cashew milk instead of water.
- Construct parfait by layering Amaranth, Greek yogurt, agave nectar, almonds, and berries, then top with squeezed lemon juice.
