Ingredients
1 cup
almond milk
1 cup
frozen blueberries (other berries optional)
1 tablespoon
MCT Oil, Chocolate Mocha
1 tablespoon
Beet Root Powder
1 teaspoon
Acai Powder
1 tablespoon
Cacao Nibs, Organic & Raw
1 tablespoon
Triple Omega Seed Mix, Organic
1 handful
fresh or frozen berries (optional)
Directions
- In a blender combine almond milk, blueberries, MCT oil, beet root powder, acai powder and protein powder.
- Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs and triple omega seed mix and top with berries.
- Enjoy with a big spoon!
