Spritzer comes from the German word spritzen, which loosely means “to squirt, spray or sprinkle.” Today’s spritzers are usually comprised of white wine diluted with carbonated water or sparkling mineral water, and are typically consumed during warmer summer months. We’re ditching the wine for this delicious and refreshing Organic Sugar-Free Pear and Basil Spritzer, perfect for a keto diet and those hot summer days!

Ingredients
1 pear, juiced
8 sprigs basil
1 cup organic sparkling water
1 cup ice
Directions
  1. In a shaker, combine pear, basil, monk fruit, and ice and combine for 30 seconds.
  2. Add organic sparkling water and serve!
