Ingredients
For the salad:

shredded carrots

shredded purple cabbage

shredded green cabbage

For the sesame vinaigrette:

Extra Virgin Sesame Seed Oil, Organic

soy sauce
1 teaspoon
rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons
lime juice
1 teaspoon
minced fresh ginger
2 teaspoons
Coconut Sugar, Organic
1 teaspoon
Sesame Seeds, Organic & Raw

chopped peanuts
Directions
- For the salad, in a large bowl, place all ingredients and toss until combined.
- For the sesame vinaigrette, in a small bowl, whisk together oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, ginger, and coconut sugar.
- Add sesame vinaigrette to vegetables and toss to combine. Serve with sesame seeds and chopped peanuts.
