Protein-Packed Yogurt Parfait

This protein-packed yogurt parfait is a staple in #NOWAmbassador and Olympian Chantae McMillan’s nutrition routine, specifically post-workout.

Ingredients
¾ cup vanilla yogurt (conventional or Greek)
1 ripe avocado
1 scoop peanut butter or peanut butter powder
Splash of water as needed for blending
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or with a hand mixer until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
  2. Top with chia seeds, cacao nibs, or toppings of choice (fruit, granola, etc.)
