Ingredients
For Maple Dijon Sauce
3 tablespoons
Dijon mustard

For Pecan Herb Chicken
4 (4 ounce)
chicken breasts, pounded to ½ -inch thick
1 teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
dried thyme
½ teaspoon
garlic powder
¼ tesapoon
black pepper
Fresh thyme for serving
Directions

Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir together maple syrup and Dijon mustard until smooth. Reserve 2 tablespoons of sauce for brushing chicken.

Add pecans to a food processor and pulse until evenly coarsely ground. Stir together pecans, salt, thyme, garlic, and pepper. Set aside.

Blot chicken breasts with paper towel and brush with reserved sauce on top and bottom of chicken breasts.

Coat chicken in pecan mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.

Garnish chicken with thyme and drizzle with maple Dijon sauce. Serve warm.
