Getting kids to try something new is a lot easier when you make it fun and interesting. Making it tasty and filling is even better! These delicious Mermaid Bagels have it all. All you need is your favorite bagels, cream cheese and NOW Spirulina Powder (spirulina is a green superfood loaded with phytonutrients). Tell the kids these bagels are what mermaids eat and watch them fly off the plate!

Ingredients
1 whole plain bagel halved and toasted
¼ cup whipped cream cheese
Directions
  1. Spread a light coat of cream cheese on both toasted bagel halves and sprinkle spirulina on top.
  2. Spread spirulina over cream cheese to lightly mix and create your work of art.
