Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a loaf pan with parchment paper overlapping sides. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, tapioca flour, rice bran, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together mashed banana, eggs, olive oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.

Stir wet ingredients into dry until just combined. Fold in pecans.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into bread comes out clean.
