Crunch into a healthy snack with our Four Seed Crackers, a homemade cracker crafted from a robust blend of NOW Real Food® Organic Seeds including chia, sunflower, pumpkin, and sesame. These crackers are seasoned with crushed rosemary and coarse sea salt, delivering a flavorful punch that's perfect for pairing with your favorite spreads or enjoying solo. Easy to make and delightfully crunchy, these vegan and gluten-free crackers are an excellent, nutritious alternative to store-bought snacks, ready to be savored fresh from the oven.  

Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cover chia seeds in warm water in a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine. Soak for 10 minutes. 

  2. Stir in sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, rosemary, and salt. 

  3. Spread mixture thinly on baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. 

  4. Slice into squares and bake 10 minutes longer. Cool completely on baking sheet. 

  5. Store in an airtight container.
