Sleepy Time Bath Bombs

Ever wish you could bottle up pure relaxation? Well, here’s the next best thing—DIY Sleepy Time Bath Bombs! These little fizzing beauties, created by Hello Glow, are packed with magnesium, lavender, and oat milk to soothe, hydrate and leave a calming vibe. Perfect for winding down before bed!

Ingredients
1 cup baking soda
½ cup citric acid
½ cup Epsom salt
2 tablespoons melted Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon water
Dried lavender buds for decoration
Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and whisk well.

  2. In a second bowl, mix the oils and water. Stir well to combine.

  3. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

  4. The mixture should hold together when pressed but should not be too wet.

  5. Sprinkle a few dried lavender buds into the bottom of your molds.

  6. Spoon bath bomb mixture into both sides of your mold, making sure to overfill slightly.

  7. Press the sides together.

  8. Carefully remove the bath bombs from the molds once they are completely dry and hard.

  9. When ready to use, drop one into a warm bath, and enjoy a relaxing, skin-soothing soak.

Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed, do not exceed dilutions recommended for this recipe. Pure essential oils can be irritating to the skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using if pregnant/nursing.

The oil from this formula may contribute to the increased slipperiness of the tub, exercise caution when entering and exiting the bath.
