sliced brussels sprouts
1 tablespoons
Avocado Cooking Oil, Organic in Glass Bottle
⅓ cup
dried cherries or cranberries
¼ cup
Pecans, Raw & Unsalted
¼ cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons
Avocado Cooking Oil, Organic in Glass Bottle
1 tablespoon
fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Maple Syrup, Organic Grade A Dark Color
1 teaspoon
Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon
dried thyme
½ teaspoon
salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread brussels sprouts on baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil. Toss to combine. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes.

Stir together ingredients for dressing in a small bowl.

Transfer brussels sprouts to a mixing bowl and add cherries, pecans, and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with dressing and stir to coat.
