Ingredients
5 cups hot water, divided
1½ cups raspberries, plus more for garnish
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 sprigs rosemary, divided
5 lime wedges, for rim and garnish
1 teaspoon sugar, for rim
1 bowl ice cubes, for serving
Directions
  1. Into a bowl, add 4 cups hot water and tea bags. Let steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Into a saucepan, add raspberries, remaining 1 cup hot water, vanilla, 1 sprig rosemary, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and gently boil, uncovered, for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, strain mixture, and discard pulp. Add mixture to steeped tea. Remove tea bags and let cool completely.
  4. To serve, create a sugar rim by rubbing glasses with lime wedge and then sugar. Fill two cups with ice, add tea, and garnish with rosemary, raspberries, and lime slices.
