Tea Spritzer

There’s nothing better than cooling off on a warm summer day than with a refreshing tea spritzer. Created by NOW Expert and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist DJ Blatner.

Ingredients
8 ounces Sparkling Water
Directions
  1. Put tea bag in a 16-ounce glass, add 2 ounces of almost boiling water, let steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove/discard tea bag and stir monk fruit into the tea.
  3. Add lots of ice, sparkling water, and stir to combine.
