We’re taking hot cocoa back to nature with this simple and super-satisfying Carob Hot Cocoa recipe, which replaces cocoa with natural carob, and ditches the sugar for our unique Monk Fruit 1:1 sugar replacement. A little milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract seal the deal!

Ingredients
1 cup Milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Carob Powder
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions
  1.  Place milk and vanilla in a small pot, over medium low heat.
  2.  Combine carob powder, Monk Fruit 1:1, and cinnamon.
  3.  When milk is just scalded, pour into carob mixture, whisking vigorously.
  4.  Enjoy!
