Ring the dinner bell for your taste buds with this spicy take on the classic green bean stir fry. This is a perfect mix of green beans, chopped cashews, ginger, agave nectar and more to create a zesty delight that’s easy and oh-so flavorful!
Ingredients
8 ounces
green beans
1 cup
Tamari soy sauce
¼ cup
vegan butter
2 tablespoons
Sesame Seeds, Organic & Raw
2 tablespoons
rice vinegar
2 teaspoons
garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon
ginger, chopped
Directions
- In a sauté pan on medium heat, place vegan butter.
- Add green beans and chopped cashews; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until slightly browned.
- Add soy sauce, agave nectar, and rice vinegar.
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
- Toss in sesame seeds and serve warm.
