Our Air Fried Tamari Almond and Sesame Chicken Tenders recipe is a delicious and healthy twist on a classic favorite that elevates any mealtime. The chicken tenders are coated in a unique blend of our Tamari Almonds and Raw Sesame Seeds, creating a crunchy, flavor-packed coating that's both gluten-free and irresistible. Quick and easy to prepare in just 27 minutes, these tenders are perfect for a family-friendly meal or a protein-rich snack, especially when paired with your favorite dipping sauces like honey-mustard or BBQ.

Ingredients
1 pound (8) chicken tenders
2 eggs, beaten
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. Add Tamari Almonds to a food processor and blend until coarsely ground. 
  2. Transfer almonds to a large shallow bowl and add sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir well. Beat egg in a separate bowl.
  3. Lightly grease air fryer basket. Working in 2 batches, dip each chicken tender in egg allowing excess to drip back into bowl. Coat in almond sesame mixture and place in air fryer. 
  4. Air fry at 370ºF for 11-12 minutes. Repeat with remaining chicken tenders. 
  5. Serve warm with honey-mustard, ketchup or BBQ sauce for dipping.
