Our Organic Peppermint Chia Pudding recipe is a great way to add much needed fiber and antioxidants to your diet, without any dairy or gluten. Topped with dairy-free yogurt and honey-roasted pecans, this is one dessert you may be still be savoring long after dinner is done.
Ingredients
1 cup
organic almond milk
2 bags
Peppermint Tea, Organic
1 teaspoon
vanilla
1 tablespoon
Agave Nectar, Amber & Organic
1 tablespoon chopped
Honey-Roasted Pecans
2 tablespoons
dairy-free yogurt
Directions
- In a small pot on medium heat, steep 2 peppermint tea bags with almond milk and vanilla for 5 minutes.
- In a medium size bowl, combine peppermint almond milk with organic white chia and agave nectar.
- Pour into desired containers and chill for minimum of 5 hours.
- Top with dairy-free yogurt and chopped honey-roasted pecans and enjoy!
