Vegan Chocolate Nice Cream

This vegan ice cream alternative has all the creamy, chocolatey goodness that you could ever want from a chocolate ice cream without any of the guilt!

Ingredients

1 cup bananas, sliced and frozen

½ cup Organic Almond Milk

½ cup almond butter

1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder, Organic

8 drops Monk Fruit Chocolate Liquid, Organic

Directions

In the bowl of a food processor, blend bananas, almond milk, and cashew butter, cocoa power, and monk fruit for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Transfer nice cream into a container and freeze for about 1 hour or until firm.
