Transform your classic matcha latte into a pink, fruity concoction with perfectly sweet strawberry milk. Bored of your daily matcha flavor? Grab some in-season strawberries at the summer farmer’s market to take that earthy flavor up a notch! Making your own strawberry milk at home is a fun way to feel like a barista without the coffee or expensive café price tag!

Ingredients
For the Strawberry Milk
5 strawberries, tops removed
¼ cup water
---------------------------------
For the Matcha
⅓ cup warm water
Directions
  1. For the strawberry milk, into a blender, add strawberries, Organic Oat Milk Powder, and water. Blend until smooth. Set strawberry milk aside.
  2. For the matcha, in a large cup, add warm water, matcha powder, Organic Oat Milk Powder, and maple syrup. Using a frother, blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Fill two cups with ice. Fill cups halfway with strawberry milk. Top with matcha mixture, and serve immediately.

Chef’s Tips:
  • The strawberry matcha flavor is our favorite combination, but raspberries are a close second.
  • Give your drink a slight swirl with your straw to combine the flavors while retaining the two-tone look.
  • Adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Don’t have a frother? Use your blender to achieve smooth and frothy matcha.
