Red Rooibos Boba Milk Tea

This sweet, creamy drink is a healthier Boba alternative that doesn’t sacrifice flavor. Featuring our Better Off Red tea with a vanilla-citrus blush, this creative concoction will knock your socks off with sweetened flavor! This tea recipe is perfect for an afterschool treat or teatime with friends.
Ingredients
2 cups
water
3 bags
Better Off Red™ Rooibos Tea
1 cup
uncooked tapioca pearls
2 tablespoons
Maple Syrup, Organic Grade A Amber Color
1 cup
coconut milk, box or can
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Allow to steep until tea is completely cool. Discard tea bags.
- In another pot, cook tapioca pearls according to package instructions. Once done, drain and mix in maple syrup. Let cool.
- Transfer tapioca pearls to two large serving glasses. Fill glasses halfway with ice. Add coconut milk and top off with tea. Enjoy immediately using a boba straw.
Chef’s Tips:
- Adjust sweetness level by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Switch it up and use your milk of choice, or no milk at all if you’re wanting something lighter.
- This tea can also be served warm.
