Protein-Packed Edible Cookie Dough
Dessert lovers, this one’s for you! This edible cookie dough is a protein-packed treat that is sure to satisfy your sugar cravings. Created by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and NOW’s Wellness Partner, DJ Blatner, this is a simple no-bake recipe, which means no blender or food processor to clean! Just stir + enjoy. So easy!
Ingredients
½ cup
peanut butter
4 tablespoons
Maple Syrup, Organic Grade A Amber Color
4 tablespoons
Water (more as needed)
¼ cup
mini dark chocolate chips
Directions
- In a medium bowl, stir peanut butter, maple syrup, and 4 tablespoons of water until smooth.
- Stir in protein powder. If too thick, add water by a tablespoon until it resembles cookie dough texture.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and form into 20 balls.
NOTE: Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freezer for up to 3 months.
