Protein-Packed Edible Cookie Dough

Dessert lovers, this one’s for you! This edible cookie dough is a protein-packed treat that is sure to satisfy your sugar cravings. Created by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and NOW’s Wellness Partner, DJ Blatnerthis is a simple no-bake recipe, which means no blender or food processor to clean! Just stir + enjoy. So easy!

Ingredients
½ cup peanut butter
4 tablespoons Water (more as needed)
¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir peanut butter, maple syrup, and 4 tablespoons of water until smooth.
  2. Stir in protein powder. If too thick, add water by a tablespoon until it resembles cookie dough texture.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips and form into 20 balls.

NOTE: Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freezer for up to 3 months.
