Easy as pie (but not pie), this traditional crumble recipe features the typical oat topping but an untraditional sugar alternative, organic allulose. Allulose is a plant-based, zero-color sugar substitute that’s perfect for baking! This much-loved dessert features freshly picked peaches sweetened by allulose and crowned with a yummy, buttery topping that the whole family will love.

Ingredients
Filling
6 ripe large peaches, sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cornstarch
-------------------------
Oatmeal Topping
½ cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons butter, softened
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and lightly grease a medium oven safe baking dish with butter. In a medium mixing bowl, combine peaches, cornstarch, allulose, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  2. Pour peach mixture into prepared dish and set aside.
  3. Combine topping ingredients in the same mixing bowl using hands or a fork to mix, incorporating the butter evenly, until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle crumble over peaches and bake for 25-30 minutes, until peaches are tender and oat topping is crisp and golden. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve warm topped with ice cream.
