medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic

sliced red onion
1 teaspoon
salt
½ teaspoon
ground tumeric
½ teaspoon
garlic powder
½ teaspoon
cumin
¼ teaspoon
ground black pepper
¼ cup
raisins
¼ cup
Almonds, Cinnamon Honey
2 tablespoons
chopped fresh mint
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add cauliflower florets to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add red onion, salt, turmeric, garlic powder, cumin and black pepper. Stir well. Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Stir in raisins and return to oven for 5 minutes longer.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a serving plate or bowl. Top with chopped mint and cinnamon honey almonds. Enjoy warm.
