Suggested Use:
Start with dry or slightly damp hair. Dispense an appropriate amount of oil into the palm of your hand. Gently rub your palms together to warm it up slightly. This will help the oil spread more easily through the hair. Using your fingertips, massage the oil into your scalp. Be sure to focus on areas like temples, crown, and hairline. Work the remaining oil through the lengths of your hair, focusing on the ends and any dry areas. Massage your scalp for few minutes. Once the oil is applied, leave the oil in for at least 30 minutes or longer to nourish your scalp and hair (the longer the better). Once ready to wash your hair, rinse out the oil using warm water and your favorite NOW® Solutions shampoo. Double shampoo may be needed to help remove excess oil. Follow with a NOW® Solutions conditioner!
Once your hair is clean and towel-dried, you can style it as usual. For best results, use the scalp and hair oil 1-2 times per week as part of your regular hair care routine.
