This custom blend recipe of NOW Essential Oils is meant for use in a diffuser to soothe the breath, making it great for use during a yoga or pranayama session or anytime you need a moment to concentrate on respiration (breathing). It was created by our in-house team of chemists using all NOW Essential Oils that are purity tested and quality assured.

Add the following NOW® Essential Oils to a diffuser and enjoy:

Respire (Soothing Breath) Essential Oil DIY Roll-On Blend

his custom blend recipe of NOW Essential Oils is meant for topical use in a roll-on bottle to help soothe breathing any time of day. It's the perfect companion to use topically along with the soothing breath diffuser blend. It was created by our in-house team of chemists using all NOW Essential Oils that are purity tested and quality assured.

To Use: Patch test a small area for any reactions or sensitivities. If there are no sensitivities, apply the roll-on blend 3-4 times a day to neck, temples, chest, palm, shoulders, or soles of the feet.

Directions

  1. Combine essential oils into a 10 mL glass roll-on bottle.
  2. Fill the remainder of the bottle with a choice of carrier oil.
  3. Shake well before use.
