DIY Smoothing Shampoo

Smooth frizzy hair with a do-it-yourself shampoo featuring NOW^® Solutions Marula Oil. When used in hair products, marula oil helps clean the scalp while also balancing its precious natural oils. This smoothing shampoo recipe helps to clean and freshen without leaving hair feeling dry or irritated while strengthening strands against damage caused by environmental stressors.

Ingredients

4 fluid ounces distilled water

4 fluid ounces castile soap

1 teaspoon Marula Oil, Organic

1 teaspoon Vegetable Glycerin, Organic

2 drops Vitamin E-Oil 23,000 IU

3 to 5 drops Lavender Oil, Organic

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a clean mixing bowl.
Mix together until well blended.
Place in clean container of choice.

To Use:

Shake well before use. Pour small amount in palm of hand and massage onto hair and scalp to cleanse. Rinse thoroughly. Use within 1 month.

Caution: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed, do not exceed dilutions recommended for this recipe.
