Ingredients

Almond Flour, Organic
½ cup
Tapioca Flour, Organic
½ teaspoon
garlic powder
1 teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
baking powder
½ teaspoon
baking soda

large eggs
2 tablespoons
Buttermilk Powder
½ cup
water
1 ½ cups
freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons
minced chives

Preheat oven to 350ºF and line 10 muffin tins with paper liners and mist with cooking spray. Whisk together water and buttermilk powder until smooth.

Whisk together almond flour, tapioca flour, garlic powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk in buttermilk, eggs, and oil. Fold in 1 cup of cheddar cheese and chives.

Divide batter between muffin tins and sprinkle with remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes. Cool muffins in muffin tin for 30 minutes before enjoying.
