Ingredients

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic

onion, large chop

cloves garlic, fine chopped

jalapeno peppers, chopped

salt

water

black beans
2 cups
tomatoes, large chop
1 cup
Mung Beans
1 cup
tomato paste
1 tablespoon
chili powder

bay leaves
1 teaspoon
cumin
Directions
- Place olive oil into medium stock pot on medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and jalapeno.
- Cook for 3 minutes then add salt.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the stock pot.
- Cook on low heat for 3 to 4 hours and serve.
